Christmas Chaos V: Finals Predictions

We started with sixteen armies, and over the course of December, we narrowed it down to just two. The Nachos and the Rebel Penguin Federation. On December 27th, these armies will collide, a new Christmas Chaos Champion will be crowned.

Nachos vs. Rebel Penguin Federation

—–

The Nachos were far from the underdogs at the start of this tournament, having claimed victory in two back-to-back CPAWM tournament previously. First, claiming the first prize in SMAP’s Back To School Tournament, then following up by becoming CPAC’s Halloween Bash victors. Typically hanging around 7-15+ at events, and consistently remaining in the middle of the Top Ten, the Nachos are well-known for their uncanny ability to spark to life when it comes time for a tournament, maxing size of 30-40+. In the last round, we witnessed the historic rematch of Nachos vs Water Vikings. This familiar matchup was seen in the finals of our last tournament, with the Nachos edging out the Water Vikings. The Water Vikings looked to avenge their loss in the Christmas Chaos Tournament, however, once again, they fell at the hands of the Nachos.

However, it would be a mistake to underestimate the Rebel Penguin Federation as they have also performed spectacularly during this tournament. The Rebel Penguin Federation typically average around the same sizes as the Nachos, however, they have also enjoyed an uncanny surge in sizes during this tournament, achieving some of the largest sizes we’ve seen. In the last tournament round, we witnessed the RPF topple the Ice Warriors in one of the closest battle of the tournament.

These armies are far from strangers, having gone to war countless times over the years. The most notable being the RPF vs Nachos war of 2013, which I personally consider to be the greatest war of the modern era to date. Both these armies will know very well how their opponent battles, their tactics, and their style of warfare. Both the RPF and Nachos have displayed intense levels of tenacity over the course of the tournament, and an unwillingness to relent which promises us all an amazing battle. You might just be better off flipping a coin when it comes to trying to decide which of these armies has the upper hand going into this grand finale. However, given the Nachos tournament track record, I predict the Nachos will have just a little more tournament experience which will earn them the title of CPAC Christmas Chaos Tournament Champions in what promises to be a battle for the ages.

We want to know what YOU think! Do you agree with my predictions or do you think the RPF has a better chance of taking home the title? Voice YOUR opinions in the comments below!
